Ingredients
Scale
- 12 chicken wings
- 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
- Handful of chopped parsley (garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. If you have a wire rack, place on top of the sheet to allow air to circulate under the wings for maximum crispiness. Set aside.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel to absorb any excess moisture. Transfer wings to a large bowl and add all of the seasonings on top. Drizzle with olive oil and toss until evenly coated in the spice mixture.
- Transfer wings to the baking sheet, skin side up, and arrange in a single layer without crowding. Bake on the upper middle oven rack for 40 to 45 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until wings are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let stand for 5 minutes before serving with parsley as garnish and your favorite dipping sauce.
