Description

These Crispy Baked Chicken Wings are golden, crunchy, and packed with bold spice from paprika, curry powder, and cumin, all ready in under 45 minutes. A budget-friendly alternative to takeout that delivers serious flavor without the deep fryer, they’re perfect for game day or a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 chicken wings
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • Handful of chopped parsley (garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. If you have a wire rack, place on top of the sheet to allow air to circulate under the wings for maximum crispiness. Set aside.
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel to absorb any excess moisture. Transfer wings to a large bowl and add all of the seasonings on top. Drizzle with olive oil and toss until evenly coated in the spice mixture.
  3. Transfer wings to the baking sheet, skin side up, and arrange in a single layer without crowding. Bake on the upper middle oven rack for 40 to 45 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until wings are golden brown and crispy.
  4. Remove from the oven and let stand for 5 minutes before serving with parsley as garnish and your favorite dipping sauce.
