- 2 bagels, halved
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled into ribbons
- 4 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced
- Handful of arugula
- Capers, to taste
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Toast the bagels lightly.
- Spread the cream cheese on both sides of the bagel. Add the cucumbers, smoked salmon, and capers on the bottom of the toasted bagels. Season with salt and pepper, then add arugula on the top of the bagels and assemble.
