These Turkey and Cheddar Lettuce Wraps are loaded with savory turkey, sharp cheddar, and juicy tomato, all wrapped in crisp butter lettuce and drizzled with a creamy two-ingredient dill-yogurt dressing. Budget-friendly, totally no-cook, and absolutely delicious!

  • 1 head of butter lettuce, leaves separated
  • 1/2 cup whole-milk yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, roughly chopped
  • 8 oz sliced turkey lunchmeat
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 2 large roma tomatoes, thinly sliced


Instructions

  1. Wash the lettuce leaves thoroughly and pat dry before setting aside. Add the yogurt and chopped dill to a small bowl, and stir together until combined.
  2. Layer a few slices of lunchmeat, sliced cheese, and 1 to 2 tomato slices inside lettuce cup, distributing evenly among the leaves. Drizzle with a spoonful of the dill-yogurt dressing before serving.
