- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 4 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrot
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, white vinegar, apple cider vinegar, granulated sugar, celery seed, and salt and black pepper to taste until fully incorporated.
- In a separate large bowl, toss together the cabbage and carrots. Pour the dressing on top and toss to coat. Season to taste with more salt and pepper if needed.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving for the cabbage to soften and the flavors to meld together.
