- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 3 cups vegetable or chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon salt

- 1 block feta cheese, broken into crumbles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a large oven-safe baking dish or pan, add the orzo, chicken sausage, spinach, and tomatoes. Cover with the broth, then sprinkle with salt and drizzle with olive oil.
