Description
This Homemade Cinnamon Tea uses a make-ahead spice cube method that will change your whole morning routine. Just drop a ready-made cinnamon cube into your mug, pour over boiling water or hot milk, and stir in honey to taste. It’s naturally caffeine-free with only 3 ingredients and can be made dairy-free. Once you try it this way, there’s no going back!

- 4 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Add the cinnamon, honey, and water to a small bowl. Whisk together until no clumps remain and the cinnamon is fully incorporated into the mixture.
- Pour the cinnamon mixture into an ice cube tray, making sure to fill each slot all the way to the top. Leave in the freezer for at least 3 to 4 hours or overnight until set.
- When ready to serve, place one cinnamon spice cube into a mug and carefully pour in 8 to 10 oz of boiling water or hot milk to fully dissolve. Stir until the liquid turns a deep, golden color. Add honey or additional sweetener if desired and serve immediately.
