It’s comfort food made easy, with the classic taste of Philly in a flaky, grab-and-go package.
Ingredients needed

- Sliced onion and green bell pepper — The classic Philly cheesesteak fillings. The onion adds sweetness and savory depth to the filling, while the green bell pepper adds color and crunch.
- 1 can Pillsbury Original Crescent Rolls – Buttery, flaky dough that makes the perfect handheld wrap
- 1 cup shredded cheese (provolone, mozzarella, or cheddar) – Melts beautifully for gooey, cheesy goodness
- 6–8 slices of deli roast beef, torn into pieces – Savory and tender, bringing the heart of the Philly cheesesteak
How to make Philly cheesesteak crescent rolls
- Sauté the veggies:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté for 3–5 minutes until softened. Remove from heat and set aside.

- Prepare and assemble crescent rolls:
Unroll the crescent dough and separate into individual triangles. On each triangle, layer a small amount of shredded cheese, roast beef, and the onion-pepper mix in the center. Carefully fold the dough over the filling and roll up like a crescent.

- Bake and serve:
Place the assembled rolls on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from oven and serve warm, optionally with a side of cheese sauce or mustard for dipping.
